Transformational theory of leadership: This theory of leadership helps leaders to align the existing leadership as per the internal or external complex business situations (Jensen and Ørnskov, 2018). By using this theory, leaders within Toyota make sure that the behavioural characteristics of employees are suited as per the leadership and needs of organisation.
