Professional skills are very important for each individual who work with a team and dedicated towards their work process. As per the research I increase my skills and knowledge regarding my profession. By giving the presentation I also feel like my communication skills are also improved and my friends and team members help me to improve my communication skills as well. Professional skills are very important because without professional skills there is no chance of improving the growth of personal development and also the professional development as well. Good team members are willing to deal with several kind of problems like handling the several task and allocation of the task. Team members also deal with their colleagues in an effective manner and with supporting nature, effective team member deal in professional manner and helping each others(Mohan and et.al., 2010).

Professional skills also has importance to achieve the set target goals of the company and also improving the skills of each individual and improve quality of work as well.

I also know my personal strength and weaknesses by attending the lectures and seminars as well. Moreover, this process includes the understanding process of each individual's thoughts and their point of views regarding that particular profession as well. I feel like my several types of weaknesses improved like before attending the lectures, my communication skill is weak, my problem solving skill is also affected and has negative impact on my knowledge and skills as well. I also improved my weaker areas like presenting my point of view in front of others, sharing my ideas with my teammates and dealing with the task and problem faced by the management as well(Naumann and et.al., 2016).

Conclusion

As per the above report, it is concluded that professional skills are majorly important to develop the skills and knowledge of each individual. Moreover, it also has the great impact on the performance and growth of the firm as well.
