Socio-economic factors: The food choices have varied with social classes which define the nutrition level. The role of socio-economic factor in influencing food choices and dietary habits can be understood by an example. The higher social class group have believed in intake healthier diets such as increase consumption of fruits, meat, wholemeal food, raw vegetables etc (Craig, and Mangels, 2009).
